Meet Our Staff

Abdoulaye (Abdou) Ndaw, PT, OMPT-Owner

Abdou graduated from Kuwait University in 1989 with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. He began work in the United States in 1991 when he became an employee of Ypsi Rehab. In 1999 he took ownership of the practice and is the current owner to date. In 2007 he graduated from Oakland University's OMPT program. He is currently enrolled in the DPT Program at Oakland University.

Abdou focuses on manual treatment techniques to provide the highest possible care to his patients. He is certified in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, Myofascial Release and also Craniosacral Therapy certified.

Abdou is married with 5 children and resides in Pittsfield Township, MI with his family.

Donald (Donnie) R. Phillips Jr., PTA-Administrator

Donnie graduated from Henry Ford Community College in 2007 with a Physical Therapist Assistant Associate's degree. He has worked at Ypsi Rehab for over 10 years now. He is pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration at Eastern Michigan University with plans to pursue a Master's degree in Business Marketing & Development.

Donnie is an avid softball player and is the coordinator of the Ypsi Rehab Softball teams. He resides in Belleville, MI with his wife and new daughter.
